Nordier Property Advisors
Nordier Property Advisors is a Stockholm based boutique firm in commercial Real Estate Advisory. They sometimes team up with other firms in the selling process, and this booklet is an example of a collaborated selling material between Nordier and Annordia, marketing a large hotel chain in the outer Stockholm area.
My focus on this booklet was to lift the design aspects of the interior and exterior of the building, and match the layout and typography. Attention to details in terms of charts, tables etc was key to keep all the numbers easy to perceive.
The binding is made by 3 screws, connecting the building theme to the booklet.
